If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you have the option to return it for a refund. Refunds will be issued for the item's purchase price and any applicable taxes, credited to your original payment method. This applies to items returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition, with unopened shrink-wrapped or sealed products. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shrink-wrapped or sealed product that has been opened and/or removed from original packaging may not be returned, unless it is defective, in which case it can be exchanged only for the same product.

Please Note: Your packing slip is not a prepaid label. You will be required to pay for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you are returning a gifted item that was purchased, a Broom & Book eGift Card will be issued for the purchase price of the item within 60 days of purchase.

​

 

Access Codes, eGift Cards, and shrink-wrapped items that have been opened or used, are not returnable. 

​

 

Bulk orders of 50 or more copies are non-returnable.

​

 

Include the invoice in the box and write your Order Number on the outside of the box. Without a packing slip or shipping confirmation printout, we cannot process the return and you will not receive your refund.

The return address is included on the invoice that gets shipped with your order.
